How much do parties cost?

Pricing is based on a variety of factors - how many activities you choose, how many guests you will entertain, how long you want us at your event, and how far we have to travel. Prices for private parties start at $299 for a one-and-a-half hour event for one activity. Call us at 1-888-55-GAMECRAZY or fill out our online order form with your event details. We will contact you to discuss what will work best for your event. Together we will determine how to help you throw the most talked about event ever! 

Do you need a big backyard or a huge parking lot?

It all depends on the event. For most private parties (like a birthday party), we can set up in your front or back yard. For corporate events with a lot more kids or adults (like a summer camp or company picnic), we require more space – depending on the activities you choose and the number of people involved. Call us at 1-888-55-GAMECRAZY and we will discuss your specific needs, number of guests and the size of the venue. We are experts at turning any sized location in to a gaming utopia, and can work with whatever location you have in mind.

What if it rains on the day of my event? Or if it is too hot or too cold?

For starters, our Mobile Gaming Theater is totally climate controlled and well insulated, so the weather really does not impact us. However, if you book other active games that need to be played outside of the Gaming Theater, such as Laser Tag or Angry Birds, we can try to find an alternative location (such as a high school gym or church) so we can bring those games indoors. If that is not an option, then we will try to reschedule to a future date. Please contact us at 1-888-55-GAMECRAZY for our cancellation and rain date policies.

Do adults have to supervise?

No, adults do not have to supervise the activities, but we do require one adult to remain on the premises during the event. We want to provide a convenient option for the event planner, so we send trained Game Coaches to manage the entertainment and engage the guests so everyone has a great time. They are on-site during all Game Crazy activities. That leaves you with mostly nothing to do but relax and enjoy or jump in on the fun!

What about safety? Are any of your games dangerous? Can your laser tag guns or dodge ball hurt my child's eyes? 

Safety is a top priority for us at Game Crazy. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests while still making each activity funs. Our Mobile Gaming Theater is equipped with security cameras so parents can watch what’s happening inside the van on the outside TVs. Our Game Coaches are on-site at every activity to make sure that kids play fairly and obey rules. The laser tag gun beams are harmless – just like the beam from your TV remote control – and will not hurt the eyes. We supply safety glasses for Dodge Ball. How many people can you accommodate?

Please view our Games page to see the games we offer and how many people we can accommodate with each game. The major factors are how many activities you would like at your event and how much space you have.  Our Game Coaches ensure that every person gets equal playing time, even if all of your guests cannot play at once.

Can I book multiple games at the same time? Like your Video Gaming Theater and Portable Laser Tag and Candy Cannon?

Absolutely. We also offer packages that allow you to save when you get three or more activities. This only applies to Residential/Private Parties, not to Corporate Events. For more information on our combo packages, please visit our Pricing page.

Is there an age limit to participate? 

A Game Crazy party can be enjoyed by people of all ages. In our experience, our games are better enjoyed by kids who can follow directions. We generally recommend that your child be at least 6 years old. There is no upper age limit to having fun at a Game Crazy party!

What other things do you offer?

We offer convenience. Included in that is free online invitations and free (standard mail) thank you cards. We also offer our Candy Cannon package as an add-on to all events. Kids love it because it shoots out candy, wrist bands and stickers. Goody bags are included so kids have a ball collecting the loot! This puts a fun, new twist on goody bags, and it saves you the time and energy of shopping for candy and creating the goody bags yourself. Are you totally loving us now? You're welcome!

Do you need power for the activities?

The Mobile Gaming Theater needs power, but we do not need to plug in to your house. Our Gaming Theater comes with a very quiet, on-board generator that can power all the electronics inside and outside the van.

What gaming consoles and games do you have? 

Game Crazy has the latest in video gaming equipment. We offer an extensive selection of age appropriate games for the XBox 360 and Wii consoles.
